During Dr. De Luise’s time in the Air Force, including stents at the United States Air Force Academy and the Pentagon, he learned a great deal about developing a culture of success. He discovered the hallmarks of developing highly successful teams were through creating cultures founded upon dignity and respect, shared values, grit and perseverance, character development, and deliberate process. It is interesting how many people would agree that these are important factors, yet their workplace doesn’t reflect these practices.

It is not a mystery as to how important an organization’s people are to its performance. An organization may be guided by its vision, mission, purpose, goals, and policy; its sales may be driven by innovative products and superior technology; but the heartbeat of every organization is its people. Without the team working to the same beat, the system will break down.

When teams are not on the same sheet of music discord is bound to occur. Sometimes the disharmony surfaces due to ineffective leadership and other times it is due to interpersonal conflict. Whatever the cause, there needs to be a catalyst to synchronize teams to play their best.

Chris can be your catalyst. He has worked with a variety of organizations including start-ups, non-profits, educational institutions, government agencies, investment funds, and professional service firms, to improve business outcomes, vital to organizational success, by boosting people performance through:

  1. The process of how to engage in healthy conflict
  2. How to communicate in a clear and effective manner, so teams are unified in their efforts
  3. Creating a value-based, character-driven, optimistic culture
  4. Building high-performance leadership teams
  5. Uncovering morale issues and shifting practices and behavior to revitalize workplace loyalty
  6. Strengthening workplace relationships
  7. Developing a mindset of continuous improvement
  8. Discovering the causes of employee disengagement and building employee commitment
  9. Creating an emotionally intelligent workforce
